Choo Choo!

           A little over a week ago, we made 3 dozen mini cupcakes for a little boy's school birthday party. We used simple, yet irresistibly yummy, vanilla cake and chocolate icing. He loves trains, so we did a major train theme! Railroad crossing signs, train cars, whistles, conductor's hats, track symbols, "choo choo"s, and even his initials- HP- were all over them. They were purely homemade and a complete labor of love. :)

           Bonjour! What a beautiful day. This morning we made a dozen chocolate cupcakes, with pink vanilla icing, a darker pink fondant heart, and some cute little pearl sprinkles.

          These were for a little girl's fifth birthday party, which was at 2:30 today. She loves pink and chocolate (what girl doesn't?) so we made these!

          They turned out pretty well! The cake was the perfect recipe, as well as the icing. We had a lot of fun making them! And tomorrow we will be working on another order of 3 dozen mini cupcakes. Busy weekend, but its all so fun!

On Christmas Eve Eve, we created a total of 37 cupcakes for a Christmas party. We used simple chocolate cake, peppermint icing, and topped it off with yummy red sugar crystals. We even added a little filling and a topping, both made with York peppermint patties!

Please note that all our recipes are homemade and all our work is purely with our bare- and well washed- hands! :) We do love to look at recipes to get inspiration, though!

The Beginning

Welcome to Sweet Tooth!

We are a small home bakery that specializes in cupcakes! We also make truffles, tarts, and brownies- each one delicious!

This is the beginning. Finally, things have started to happen and we've gotten some orders. Business cards are up and running, and our homemade recipes are getting tastier and tastier.

Hopefully it starts to really blossom into a business soon. And since we can't control our clients, we can at least control this blog... so, let us know if there is anything you want on here!
